We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. As each t-shirt is made to order, please carefully check the size selected and your shipping address before completing your purchase.
1. SIZE OR SHIPPING ADDRESS ERROR
Please carefully check the size, the product selected, and your shipping address before confirming your order.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at:

If your order has not yet entered production, we will do our best to modify it. Once production has started or the order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that changes will still be possible.
2. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT T-SHIRT
If your t-shirt arrives:
- damaged;
- defective;
- misprinted;
- with a manufacturing defect;
- or different from the product you ordered;

Please provide:
- your order number;
- a short description of the issue;
- clear photos or a short video showing the defect.
After review, we will offer an appropriate solution, including a free replacement where applicable, in accordance with applicable law.
These provisions do not limit your rights under the legal guarantee of conformity. For new goods sold by a professional to a consumer, this guarantee may generally be exercised for two years from delivery, subject to the applicable legislation.
3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For distance purchases, consumers generally have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal from the date the product is received, without having to provide a reason.

The applicable return procedure and return shipping costs will then be communicated to you.
Made-to-order and personalized products
The law provides certain exceptions to the right of withdrawal, including for goods made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
The fact that a t-shirt is printed or produced on demand does not automatically mean that it is excluded from the right of withdrawal. Any exception must meet the requirements of the applicable legislation.
4. RETURNING A PRODUCT
When the right of withdrawal applies, the product must be returned in its original condition and in a condition suitable for resale.
The return address will be provided after your request has been reviewed.

Unless otherwise required by law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
5. REFUNDS
When your refund request is accepted, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
Where a valid right of withdrawal is exercised, the refund will be processed within the time limits required by applicable law.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
6. PRODUCT DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING

Please keep the packaging and send us clear photos or a short video showing both the parcel and the affected product.
The seller remains responsible for delivering goods that conform to the order. This responsibility cannot simply be transferred to the carrier.
7. EXCHANGES
As our products are made to order, we do not systematically offer commercial exchanges for a simple change of size, preference, or choice.
This does not affect your legal right of withdrawal where applicable, or your rights in the event of a defective, damaged, or non-conforming product.
